Staff whose work requires or potentially could require any in-person interaction with Save the Children colleagues, partners, or beneficiaries must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless otherwise required by law. Save the Children complies with federal, state, and local laws with regard to accommodations related to this policy.
By being vaccinated against COVID-19, staff will protect themselves and those who are unable to be vaccinated, and will permit Save the Children staff to carry out its mission in the safest way possible. Young children—whom we work every day to protect—are particularly vulnerable, as they are not yet eligible for the vaccine. As an agency that advocates for public health, we have a duty to do all we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
